New Consultation Portal for Ince Park
30 September 2011
A new consultation portal has been developed for Ince Resource Recovery Park. The Online Consultation Portal is where every planning application relating to Ince Park will be placed.
Anyone interested in developments at Ince Park will now only have to go to this one site for information.
"This is an important innovation which is designed to encourage interaction with the local community. The Park itself already has planning permission but new planning applications will need to be submitted for every plot at Ince Park. The portal is designed to be accessible and easy to use and in a standard format so that people will get used to the format," said Myles Kitcher, director of Peel Environmental.
In addition to being able to view information on planning applications there is also a facility for people to ask questions.
The current applications for the IBAA and Timber Facility are currently featured.

Notes to Editors
INCE RESOURCE RECOVERY PARK (Ince Park) comprises two seperate but related elements. First, a Resource Recovery Park which will be the base for a number of waste reprocessing and re-manufacturing units. The second element is an Energy from Waste facility which will produce electricity for the national grid and adjacent users. Approximately 1500 new jobs will be created when the Park is operating fully.
